Technical Support Packages

Heron Technology provides ongoing support for custom designed software. All new systems are covered by a warranty period of 2 months. At the end of this period further support is available from one of the options below.

Standard Technical Support

  • Up to three email support sessions per month
  • Up to two 15 minute phone support sessions per month
  • Service release updates
  • Discounted hourly rate on new features / changes
  • $1,000 per year

Premium Technical Support

  • Unlimited email support
  • Up to five 15 minute phone support sessions per month
  • Service release updates
  • Discounted hourly rate on new features / changes
  • $1,800 per year

Support without a preregistered support package, or outside the limits of the selected package, will be charged at our standard hourly rate ($160 per started hour).
