Technical Support Packages
Heron Technology provides ongoing support for custom designed software. All new systems are covered by a warranty period of 2 months. At the end of this period further support is available from one of the options below.
Standard Technical Support
- Up to three email support sessions per month
- Up to two 15 minute phone support sessions per month
- Service release updates
- Discounted hourly rate on new features / changes
- $1,000 per year
Premium Technical Support
- Unlimited email support
- Up to five 15 minute phone support sessions per month
- Service release updates
- Discounted hourly rate on new features / changes
- $1,800 per year
Support without a preregistered support package, or outside the limits of the selected package, will be charged at our standard hourly rate ($160 per started hour).
